Wondering what to expect when applying to join us? Whether you are responding to a job posting or submitting an unsolicited application, our application process generally consists of five steps and begins with getting to know one another. This is important to us, as it is the only way for both sides to gain an authentic and comprehensive understanding of each other.
Application received – Let’s get started
You can upload all your application documents directly through our online application portal and apply quickly and easily for the position you are interested in.
Screening applicants – Who is the right fit for us?
Once we have received your documents, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. The initial preselection is carried out by the Human Resources department in consultation with the relevant department, based on your application documents.
Getting to Know Each Other – By Phone and In Person
We are eager to get to know you. During an initial telephone interview or an in-person meeting, you will meet colleagues from Human Resources and the relevant department. You will have the opportunity to introduce yourself and discuss your career to date, as well as learn some initial details about the advertised position.
