With the help of the SpAIXscan system we reduce the number of correction cycles during colour matching to a minimum. This helps our customers you save time and money. The specialised high-tech camera captures patterns through extremely high resolution and 16 special filters that compile an exact remission curve of the garment.
In Photoshop this light curve is assigned to the appropriate areas in the image and the colours are adapted to match the original. With 90 % of images we are able to achieve the desired results with a single proof run.
Additionally our colour management team is involved in the entire production Process achieving consistent and binding colour results by standardising all input and output devices. Mohn medias colour management workflow complies with ISO 12647 standards.
