A lot of organisation is required before you can hold your print products in your hands. It is our mission to make the process of creating high-quality print products as easy as possible for our customers. If desired we review the functionality and costeffectiveness of concepts, advise on optimum formats and type of paper and develop specific solutions to suit our customers requirements.

Before production begins we clarify all aspects of the print job: what lead times are to be expected ? What kind of print data do we need? Which shipping option is the most suitable? To guarantee the best possible quality from the start we generate test proofs before the first production. If any problems should occur our colour management team will come to you, to support you in the creation and conversion of the print pages.

Once the data has been transmitted, your account executive will coordinate the rest of the print process for you, including on-time delivery.

Mohn media is active in the most important European markets and has over 6 000 employees in six countries. Our account managers speak the local language and know how the locál markets work.

At our headquarters in Gütersloh specialised export teams handle the production of print projects in over 20 language versions as well as organising the logistics and distribution across Europe.

This can be achieved through precise colour management, simultaneously reducing the number of returns and increasing customer satisfaction. For this reason our colour management team is involved in the entire production process. Consistent and binding colour results can be achieved by standardising scanners, monitors, proof printers and printing machines. No matter which in- or output device is being used. The colour management workflow at Mohn media complies with ISO 12647 standards.

We know how important the security of customer data is for mail order companies. To best protect this information our quality management in cooperation with the production departments and our IT department, have developed specific security processes.

Address data reaches us in a number of ways, personal delivery by the customer, by courier or electronic data transfer. We adapt our security measure depending on the mode of delivery, ensuring we protect your data from the first moment on.

In the last five years we’ve invested over 100 million euros into the modernisation of our machine park. More than 23 web offset and 13 sheetfed machines allow for maximum flexibility and highest quality.

Mohn media has a specialised quality management team that is involved in every step of the production process. Our in-house laboratory undertakes the entire range of print specific laboratory testing and regularly analyses and evaluates the production quality. With this process we aim to systematically produce print products that satisfy our customers. Our high standards are not only reflected in our products but have also been certified by external bodies.
