Global warming and rising CO2 emission have become a topic of global concern. With public awareness steadily rising Mohn media has developed a unique solution for our customers: a CO2 button, certifying that 52% less CO2 was emitted during the print production process compared to the average energy mix in Germany.

How do we achieve this? By commissioning our own combined heat and power system at Mohn media’s power plant in Gütersloh. Our CO2 Button can be placed on all products made at our headquarters in Gütersloh to verify their environmentally friendly production. The low CO2 emissions don’t just benefit our customers, but more importantly the environment.
